Troop 57 Boy Scouts
Our Troop 57 History and Info
Our Troop was founded on June 3, 1934. We are located in eastern Pennsylvania, in a suburban residential community in North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County. Since 1934, we are proud to have sent over 100 physically, mentally, and emotionally fit Eagle Scouts out to be leaders of the world!
We are chartered through the North Valley District of Minsi Trails Council which covers eastern PA and NJ. Our sponsoring churches are Neffs Union UCC and Schnecksville Union Lutheran Church.
Troop Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm at our Scout Lodge in the woods on the church campus. It offers us the best of both worlds - a great indoor and outdoor meeting, training and camping facility. Typically we do not have a troop meeting the Tuesday after a camping/activity weekend.
We take a break from regular weekly meetings during the summer and start back up in early September.
Our 'Meeting Cancellation' schedule is in line with Parkland School District.
